At Libaas London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 14 days of delivery.

Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all Libaas London tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
